Directions for use (Internally):
As a food supplement to support healthy hair, toned skin and strong nails. Adults and children over 12 years of age take one tablespoon (15ml) daily diluted in a large glass of water or juice.
Shake well before use. Keep in refrigerator after opening.  Use within 4 weeks of opening.
